Abbiamo ordinato e saldato i primi di agosto un arredo bagno con l'assicurazione di riceverlo per fine settembre poiché avevamo in corso la ristrutturazione della casa. Verso la fine di settembre chiamiamo per sapere la data precisa del ritiro e ci viene confermato la disponibilità dal primo ottobre. Il tre ci presentiamo per ritirare la merce e apprendiamo che non era disponibile e non sapevano neanche rintracciare l'ordine. Purtroppo apprendiamo che per loro le date di consegna sono indicative!? e che per "gentilezza" avrebbero contattato il fornitote per chiedere il numero di spedizione. Troviamo questa organizzazione al quanto approssimativa e non accettabile in questi giorni dove qualsiasi spedizioniere a un traking e una azienda serie da dste certe. Insomma sarete clienti fino a quando non saldate la fattura poi la merce arriverà... Disappointing experience albeit it seems a serious and professional place.
