In caso di segnalazioni di problematiche relative agli alloggi spesso non accade nulla con perdita della segnalazione. l	luciano lucio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiaciuto .......mai successo in 50 anni di contatti .....sono quattro giorni che alla mattina dalle 9 alle 12 cerco di parlare con l'ufficio manutenzione nulla da fare sempre la voce registrata che dice di attendere in quanto gli operatori sono occupati e poi altra voce registrata che ti dice di chiamare più tardi ........ormai sfiduciato ho rinunciato ....ma non solo .....nessun numero risponde neanche il centralino ....che siano tutti morti !!???? Sorry ....... never happened in 50 years of contacts ..... it's been four days that in the morning from 9 to 12 I try to talk to the maintenance office nothing to do always the recorded voice that says to wait in when the operators are busy and then another recorded voice telling you to call later ........ now disheartened I gave up .... but not only ..... no number even the switchboard answers ... .that they are all dead !! ????

Dovevo consegnare una domanda per l'aiuto all'affitto. Sono così scossa che scrivo con difficoltà. Alle 15 c era un gruppo di gente in attesa e la maggioranza aveva l'appuntamento. Ma mi è stato detto di porgere i fogli alla guardia giurata, perché la mia domanda era già arrivata via posta raccomandata. La guardia giurata non ha voluto prendere i documenti e consegnarli all'impiegata. C'era poco tempo e tutti si lamentano. Me ne sono andata ed ho telefonato all'ufficio preposto che mi ha detto di consegnare i documenti come d'accordo. Ritengo che la guardia giurata con i suoi modi arroganti verso il pubblico sia la causa dei ritardi Nello svolgimento delle pratiche. Questo tizio si sentiva importante e esercitava un potere esagerato verso le persone in attesa fuori dal portone. Non permetteva nemmeno di ritirare i moduli per le domande mesi dietro la porta d'entrata, in modo che chi era dietro agli altri rischiava di non vederli ed essere escluso dal poter esercitare un suo diritto. La guardia giurata non è un agente di Polizia, il fatto di indossare una divisa non gli conferisce il potere di respingere le persone e di comportarsi come un bullo. Sono disgustata da un simile comportamento e le cose non finiscono così, ne parlerò a chi di dovere.
