I was able to easily call ATER and the call center operators are very courteous, helpful and competent.

O si fanno gli affari loro??? Sono 8 minuti che sto in attesa di parlare con qualcuno poi ci chiediamo perche Roma (italia) fa schifo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A me a contattare il call center è andata peggio: 23 minuti di attesa senza ricevere risposta! Ho poi attaccato. Che dire? Poi si lamentano che l'Ater sia sempre in perdita.... Quando assumi per raccomandazione e non per merito, quando nell'organigramma ci sono solo ex politici della peggior risma e gente che è corrotta fino al midollo dovresti scomparire come Ente! Ma l'Italia è questa: un paese che non ha una classe politica e che non ha valori e dove non è più possibile realizzare un sogno!
To me to contact the call center has gone worse: 23 minutes of waiting without receiving a reply! I then attacked. What to say? Then they complain that the Ater is always at a loss ... When you hire for recommendation and not for merit, when in the organization there are only former politicians of the worst kind and people who are corrupt to the core, you should disappear as an institution! But Italy is this: a country that does not have a political class and that has no values and where it is no longer possible to realize a dream!

Mandano lettere minatorie per presunti recuperi...SENTO PUZZA DI TRUFFA
10 emails, one a day, to have a telephone contact, pianorecuperi2020, and to date no contact.
They send threatening letters for alleged recoveries ... I SMELL OF SCAM
