Ma soprattutto è una tipografia che non controlla il lavoro effettuato e spedisce il prodotto senza la minima considerazione della qualità. Le pagine all'interno si staccano con facilità. Ma la cosa peggiore è che la tipografia non viene incontro al cliente quando egli si lamenta di aver pagato tanti soldi per un prodotto errato (si vedano le foto che allego, con il rifilo sbagliato!). Preferiscono respingere il diritto di recesso (e può anche essere accettata questa scelta), ma non propongono neppure uno sconto al cliente per mantenerlo. Il personale, inoltre, non risponde sempre in modo cortese. It is a typography that does not respond with due speed. But above all it is a printer who does not control the work done and sends the product without the slightest consideration of quality. The pages inside come off easily. But the worst thing is that the printer does not meet the customer when he complains that he paid a lot of money for an incorrect product (see the photos I attach, with the wrong trim!). They prefer to reject the right of withdrawal (and this choice can also be accepted), but do not even offer a discount to the customer to maintain it. Furthermore, the staff does not always respond politely.
R	Remi Delle Ance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa tipografia non lavora nei tempi concordati, 15gg e ancora non si vede nulla (tempo concordato 5gg), scuse più bizzarre "abbiamo finito la carta", "ci sono stati problemi di stampa", il tutto telefonicamente, mai per iscritto. Riguardo la spedizione la risposta è sempre la stessa: "entro sera affidiamo tutto al corriere BRT" ma questo non avviene mai. Anche la richiesta del tracking resta lettera morta. Il servizio clienti ora non risponde più. Poca trasparenza e chiarezza. Aperta controversia su Paypal. This printer does not work within the agreed time, 15 days and still nothing is seen (agreed time 5 days), more bizarre excuses "we ran out of paper", "there were printing problems", all by telephone, never in writing. Regarding the shipment, the answer is always the same: "by evening we entrust everything to the BRT courier" but this never happens. Even the request for tracking remains a dead letter. Customer service is no longer responding. Little transparency and clarity. Open dispute on Paypal.
