Una cosa é stirare i capelli lisci, una cosa i ricci. La ragazza é stata molto delicata sulla piega, ma abitualmente strapazzandomi un po' viene sempre una piega fantastica. I capelli come sempre, nonostante il taglio, mi si schiacciano in cima e mi fanno la testa piatta vedi foto( e si vede che la piega non è perfetta) !! Io volevo un taglio che anche lasciando i capelli al naturale fossero carini, invece mi vengono gonfi lateralmente e schiacciati in testa, invece di una testa piena ovunque. Peccato. The hair as always, despite the cut, I crush on top and make my head flat, see photo (and you can see that the fold is not perfect) !! I wanted a cut that even leaving my hair natural was cute, instead I get puffed up on the side and squashed on the head, instead of a full head everywhere. Pity. Thanks to everyone anyway.

Sono state gentilissime e disponibilissime sin da subito. Quando sono andata da loro il personale è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, ospitalità e professionalità. Mi sono sentita molto a mio agio e il taglio che avevo richiesto mi ha decisamente soddisfatta! Dovevo spuntare e sistemare un taglio che non mi dava volume. Mi sono totalmente affidata al consiglio che mi è stato dato sul tipo di taglio più adatto al mio viso (ho anche scoperto di avere un viso a "diamante", tecnicismi che non conoscevo ?) e sono più che contenta di averlo fatto! They were very kind and very helpful right from the start. When I went to them the staff was impeccable: kindness, hospitality and professionalism. I felt very comfortable and the cut I requested definitely satisfied me! I had to tick and fix a cut that didn't give me volume. I totally relied on the advice I was given on the type of cut that best suits my face (I also discovered that I have a "diamond" face, technicalities I didn't know about ?) and I'm more than happy I did!
