I am in The Netherlands and sent them a good fitting shirt which is a great way for them to get your exact measurements at a distance. Customer service is magnificent. Although I am never in a hurry, they were very fast, too. I will not buy shirts elsewhere in the future. For the best shirts, Atelier Fil a Fil is all you need.
