Elena davvero competente e professionale. We bought a Ruegg fireplace, they were very available in rendering us a rendering in several solutions, helping us in the choice that best suits us. Ho subito un ingiustificato aumento dell'importo lavori di un contratto gia sottoscritto, non il linea con l'incremento dei prezzi , che mi ha causato ritardi e danni economici nella realizzazione di un impianto di riscaldamento a biomassa (stufa a legna) . Sconsigliato per interventi di una certa rilevanza ( efficientamento energetico, superbonus) per la mancanza di personale adeguato a predisporre preventivi e fornire informazioni tecniche in tempi compatibili con la necessita di rispettare scadenze connesse all'ottenimento di benefici fiscali. Bad experience. I suffered an unjustified increase in the amount of work of an already signed contract, not in line with the price increase, which caused me delays and economic damage in the construction of a biomass heating system (wood stove). Not recommended for interventions of a certain importance (energy efficiency, super bonuses) due to the lack of adequate staff to prepare estimates and provide technical information in times compatible with the need to meet deadlines related to obtaining tax benefits.
L	Lara Straci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto gratificante a partire dalla progettazione in atelier, dalla realizzazione e dall’accuratezza con cui i lavori sono stati seguiti ed eseguiti. Tre camini elettrici spettacolari che mi hanno valorizzato la casa e la posa di un rivestimento in pietra dello stesso materiale del camino che ha dato un tocco di raffinatezza agli ambienti e li collega. Elena e’ una persona squisita e molto competente che vi aiuterà a scegliere la soluzione più idonea ai vostri ambienti e si avvale di personale preciso e molto disponibile anche per quanto riguarda il montaggio dei camini nel rispetto degli ambienti della casa in cui vanno inseriti. Il cliente viene sempre seguito anche dopo il montaggio e la cordialità e la pazienza con cui si viene accompagnati creano un’esperienza di piacevole abbellimento della propria abitazione senza stress. Devo ancora finire di fare piccole rifiniture agli ambienti, la casa non è ancora terminata ma adesso con questi fantastici camini la sensazione è che stia prendendo forma un ambiente più caldo e accogliente. Grazie di tutto siete fantastici! A very rewarding experience starting from the design in the atelier, from the realization and from the accuracy with which the work was followed and carried out. Three spectacular electric fireplaces that have enhanced my home and the laying of a stone cladding of the same material as the fireplace that has given a touch of refinement to the rooms and connects them. Elena is an exquisite and very competent person who will help you choose the most suitable solution for your rooms and makes use of precise and very helpful staff also with regard to the assembly of the fireplaces in respect of the rooms of the house in which they are to be inserted. The customer is always followed even after assembly and the friendliness and patience with which they are accompanied create a pleasant, stress-free beautification experience for their home. I still have to finish making small finishes to the rooms, the house is not finished yet but now with these fantastic fireplaces the feeling is that a warmer and more welcoming environment is taking shape. Thanks for everything you are fantastic!

Ho comprato il mio primo barbecue a gas e, senza che io chiedessi nulla, mi hanno riempito di consigli, a cosa stare attento, a chi chiedere quando sono in difficoltà, insomma come utilizzarlo al meglio. Un venditore normale una volta venduto l'articolo passa al cliente successivo. Showroom diviso in due, una parte con barbecue e l'altra caminetti. Ovviamente tutto di alta qualità ed eleganza. Non è da tutti avere un'esposizione così vasta e varia, complimenti. I prezzi sono buoni, no è gente avida. Ho trovato l'articolo che cercavo ad un prezzo inferiore che sui siti online, ed ho potuto vederlo e toccarlo prima dell'acquisto. A real atelier run by fantastic, kind and very competent people. I bought my first gas barbecue and, without my asking for anything, they filled me with advice, what to watch out for, who to ask when I'm in trouble, in short, how to best use it. A normal seller passes on to the next customer once the item is sold. Showroom divided in two, one part with barbecue and the other fireplaces. Obviously all of high quality and elegance. It is not for everyone to have such a vast and varied exhibition, congratulations. The prices are good, no it's greedy people. I found the item I was looking for at a lower price than on online sites, and I was able to see and touch it before purchasing.
