Ho effettuato acquisto e pagamento, ma dopo qualche giorno ho dovuto annullare l'ordine, con tutte le perdite di tempo del caso.
Il rimborso è stato emesso correttamente.
 On the DADOLO online shop they sell products that are not available in stock.
I made the purchase and payment, but after a few days I had to cancel the order, with all the loss of time.
The refund was successfully issued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato dei prodotti Lemax, presso il loro sito, e, sebbene abbia pagato un somma considerevole, il pacco mi è arrivato imballato in maniera insufficiente tanto che due prodotti sono arrivati danneggiati. La loro assistenza clienti non è stata all'altezza di un'azienda seria e si sono rifiutati di sostituirmi i prodotti. Hanno ovviamente perso un cliente.
I purchased Lemax products from their site and, although I paid a considerable sum, the package arrived insufficiently packaged so that two products arrived damaged. Their customer support was not up to par for a serious company and they refused to replace the products for me. They obviously lost a customer.

So a dispatch of LEMAX houses (items that are both fragile and delicate) via post office was a little intimidating! However the parcel arrived in perfect state and the items were brand new in their boxes - as they should be since they were bought to be given as gifts-.
Of course i understand that this could have been a simple positive experience and i should not get too excited. But i will tell you this: Based on this positive experience i will buy again something from this store for sure! And i will post another feedback. But I am satisfied with the items that were sent to me and they were sent safely wrapped, free of charge (since the total price was higher than the limit set by the company) and in good price. So 'thumbs up' from me and prepare for my next purchase!
