V	Vincenzo Sepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 10 mesi la batteria mi ha lasciato essendo ancora in garanzia (12mesi) sono ritornato in negozio per la sostituzione ma mi e stata negata dicendomi che la batteria e buona....fatto fare il test in un altri autoricambi della zona e mi da al 50%..serietà 0 mai più.Ripetuto il test al mio negozio di fiducia a somma vesuviana lo spunto non arriva a 250ah sulla targa del motorino di avviamento sono richiesti 260 ah perciò non gira bene devo dire che si trova con le parole dette dal altro negoziante di salerno che aggiungeva di avere un numero spaventoso di batterie difettose della ditta in questione in tutto questo ho speso 15 euro tra autostrade e benzina e adesso volete che ritorno a farmi dire che la batteria e buona? Con lo scontrino e il test fatto al mio negozio vi manderò gli auguri di Natale buona fortuna...... A	Alberto Reno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fi quando va tutto bene devo dire che la cortesia e l educazione del personale non manca ma non sia mai ha problemi con i loro prodotti non ti viene riconosciuta alcun tipo di garanzia e sono cavoli del cliente.....la soluzione e stata prendere un altra batteria al trove di marca più nota( non quelle neutre che vengono ricoperte di adesivi e non si sa chi e il produttore) scoprire di pagarla anche meno! Metto una Stella perché di meno non si può! In genere quando sei in un negozio nuovo vieni sempre sorpassato, invece qui mi sono sentito subito al mio agio, con personale qualificato e disponibile a tutto.
