Serious company of great professionalism, offering many services with an excellent quality / price ratio. We have never had any problems whatsoever and have been (for almost 15 years) our first choice when EDRECORDS STUDIO customers need to print their record projects on CD or DVD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni stampo con la Shelve e i CD vanno bene (per questo 3 stelle). Purtroppo l'esperienza con i vinili la sconsiglio vivamente per le seguenti ragioni:
1. Estate 2021, richieste tecniche su quali processori verranno applicati, nessuna risposta convincente, solo "chiedete al fonico", anche se stampano loro o chi per loro. Anzi il tecnico, o presunto tale, napoletano, è stato anche un po' scortese.
2. La qualità finale è molto ma molto scadente: come il tecnico non capiva e come non diceva, sono state tagliate frequenze e l'ampiezza dell'immagine stereo ridotta per far entrare più tracce del necessario, questo senza appunto avvertire (anche se è stato chiesto appunto). La qualità è quella del peggior mp3 a bassa risoluzione, quasi mono e suono "attufato"
3. I prezzi esorbitanti, non sono quelli dichiarati sul sito web... per far entrare più stracce il mio cliente ha dovuto sborsare denaro, per avere come risultato un suono veramente scadente.
Se fossero onesti dovrebbero rimborsare il mio cliente.
For years I have been printing with the Shelve and the CDs are good (for this reason 3 stars). Unfortunately, I strongly advise against experience with vinyls for the following reasons:
1. Summer 2021, technical requests on which processors will be applied, no convincing answer, just "ask the engineer", even if they print them or who for them. Indeed, the technician, or presumed one, from Naples, was also a bit rude.
2. The final quality is very, very poor: as the technician did not understand and as he did not say, frequencies were cut and the amplitude of the stereo image reduced to let in more tracks than necessary, this without warning (even if it is was asked precisely). The quality is that of the worst mp3 at low resolution, almost mono and "muffled" sound
3. The exorbitant prices, they are not the ones stated on the website ... to get more rags in my client had to shell out money, to have a really bad sound as a result.
If they were honest they should reimburse my client.
