★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, ho fatto richiesta per il tampone lunedì ma ancora niente neanche si permettono di chiamarti per informarti quando si farà, quindi ho dovuto farlo a pagamento, capisco il periodo e le grandi affluenze ma almeno far sapere qualcosa,ti calcola meno di 0 se nella recensione potevo mettere sotto mettevo anche di meno
They never answer the phone, I applied for the tampon on Monday but still nothing they even allow to call you to inform you when it will be done, so I had to do it for a fee, I understand the period and the large influxes but at least let me know something, it calculates less for you of 0 if in the review I could put even less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale di sportello in Via S.Francesco Jesi è scortese, incompetente e non si fa scrupolo di boicottare le richieste del pubblico;la sensazione è che sia un modo di esercitare un certo potere. Cercherò di rivolgermi ad un responsabile (sempre che ce ne sia uno) e se sarà inutile partirà una denuncia.
The counter staff in Via S. Francesco Jesi are rude, incompetent and have no qualms about boycotting public requests; the feeling is that it is a way of exercising a certain power. I will try to contact a manager (if there is one) and if it is useless, a complaint will be sent.
