The same week i went to their boutique in Genova to pick it up. It was a very pleasant experience, the staff was polite and friendly and the boutique itself is beautiful.
I have nothing negative to say about this experience.

I went and asked for a Aquatimer Chrono (IW376804) that was not available.
Comment from the employee: "Well not actually a case of success...
... My though you are quite unprofessional boy anyway let's go ahead... you should order one"
Hang on a minute kid, i wish i could have a look to the watch before doing anything, in the end we are still talking about some thousands euros aren't we?
Having said that we agreed he would let me know.
Not a word in 20 days, by the way he did not even give me a business card.
