★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la struttura e la spa (anche se in categorie più basse, ho visto di meglio) ma personale assolutamente inadeguato. Le note dolenti: ho prenotato una Junior Suite deluxe che è anche carina e ben fatta ma in un cinque stelle non si può tollerare che la camera sia piena di muffa e di umidità. INCONCEPIBILE. Il sistema di areazione è assurdo: nella camera non è possibile aprire le finestre (sono oblò fissi tranne uno che era volutamente bloccato) e la ventilazione forzata mira sul letto quindi anche al minimo ti congelavi, se la spegnevi, essendo che non potevi aprire le finestre, morivi dal caldo. Immaginate quindi la qualità del sonno quale sia stata... Passiamo alla colazione: premetto sempre che siamo in un 5 stelle lusso e che mi aspettavo una colazione di qualità, invece ci viene portata un'alzatina (per due) con 4 mini brioscine rinsecchite e due fette biscottate (?). In qualunque 3 stelle avrei avuto molto di più. Al checkout abbiamo fatto presente e mostrato le foto dello stato della camera e l'unica cosa detta è stata: "non lo sapevamo", "lo faremo presente". Sarebbe bastato un semplicissimo "ci dispiace", "chiediamo scusa". Ci è stato inoltre detto che avremmo dovuto chiamare la reception durante la notte per chiedere il cambio camera ma io posso alle 2 di notte prendere i miei bagagli e cambiare camera? Come se il problema della muffa fosse un incidente capitato all'improvviso, possibile che non conoscano lo stato delle camere?
 Beautiful structure and spa (even if in lower categories, I have seen better) but absolutely inadequate staff. The sore points: I booked a deluxe Junior Suite which is also nice and well done but in a five star hotel you can't tolerate the room being full of mold and humidity. INCONCEIVABLE. The ventilation system is absurd: in the room it is not possible to open the windows (they are fixed portholes except one that was deliberately blocked) and the forced ventilation aims at the bed so even at the minimum you would freeze, if you turned it off, being that you could not open the windows, you were dying from the heat. So imagine the quality of sleep what it was ... Let's move on to breakfast: I always state that we are in a 5-star luxury and that I expected a quality breakfast, instead we are brought a splash (for two) with 4 dried mini brioscine and two rusks (?). In any 3 star I would have had much more. At checkout we pointed out and showed the photos of the state of the room and the only thing said was: "we did not know", "we will do this". A simple "sorry", "sorry" would have been enough. We were also told that we would have to call reception during the night to ask for a room change but can I take my bags and change rooms at 2am? As if the mold problem was a sudden accident, is it possible that they do not know the state of the rooms?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una struttura scoperta per caso dove io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso due giorni di puro relax. La spa un toccasana. Accogliente, tenuta bene e personale molto gentile.
Unica nota dolente, per gusto personale ,non ho gradito tanto il lavandino e la vasca direttamente in stanza accanto al letto.
A structure discovered by chance where my partner and I spent two days of pure relaxation. The spa is a cure-all. Welcoming, well kept and very kind staff.
The only sore point, for personal taste, I did not like so much the sink and the tub directly in the room next to the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attraverso un deal di groupon ho conosciuto questa bellissima spa, elegante, raffinata. All'interno vi sono diverse sale tra tepidarium, calidarium, sauna, un'ampia piscina dotata di diversi getti per l'idromassaggio. Nonché una sala relax dove è possibile godersi una tisana rilassante oppure uno spritz. Personale cordiale, discreto. Senza dubbio promossa!
Through a groupon deal I met this beautiful, elegant, refined spa. Inside there are several rooms including tepidarium, calidarium, sauna, a large swimming pool with various jets for hydromassage. As well as a relaxation room where you can enjoy a relaxing herbal tea or a spritz. Friendly, discreet staff. Undoubtedly promoted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è bellissima, la spa è bella e confortevole. Abbiamo festeggiato lì un addio al nubilato e il buffet che ci hanno preparato era abbondante e ottimo.
Devo dare 4 stelle però, perché sono sicura che una struttura del genere abbia grandi potenzialità, ma bisogna migliorare l'organizzazione. Consiglio di dare almeno 15 minuti di pausa tra un percorso e l'altro così da non affollare lo spogliatoio, che è abbastanza piccolo, e anche per sistemare la spa tra un gruppo e l'altro. Purtroppo per questo motivo, e a causa di un'attesa un po' lunga alla reception, il nostro percorso di 1 ora e 30 è diventato di 1 ora e 10.
Sono sicura che con piccole accortezze si arriverà facilmente a 5 stelle piene.

The facility is beautiful, the spa is beautiful and comfortable. We celebrated a hen party there and the buffet they prepared for us was plentiful and excellent.
I have to give 4 stars though, because I'm sure that such a structure has great potential, but the organization needs to be improved. I recommend giving at least 15 minutes of break between one path and the other so as not to crowd the changing room, which is quite small, and also to arrange the spa between one group and another. Unfortunately for this reason, and due to a somewhat long wait at the reception, our journey of 1 hour and 30 has become 1 hour and 10.
I am sure that with small precautions you will easily reach 5 full stars.

Nice experience, first in a SPA, benefited from the wellness program with Spritz. Very relaxing, sometimes a little relaxation is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il percorso spa è il massaggio molto soddisfacenti, la camera un po meno data l esposizione della doccia in camera.. Tutto sommato molto curata e pulita.. Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo in camera che ci è piaciuto molto e anche uno al bar.. Quest ultimo era un po distante dalla nostra camera e questo implica a l uso Dell auto
The spa path is the massage very satisfactory, the room a little less due to the exposure of the shower in the room .. All in all very neat and clean .. We had an aperitif in the room which we liked very much and also one at the bar .. Quest last was a bit distant from our room and this implies the use of Dell car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La SPA non è molto grande ma è molto accogliente. L’ambiente è pulito e rilassante ma la musica dovrebbe essere più rilassante. L'accoglienza è stata ottima ed il personale professionale e gentilissimo. Dopo la SPA ci siamo rilassati con un un ottimo Ritual Massage da 60’min, un massaggio di coppia e siamo rimasti entusiasti!
The SPA is not very big but it is very welcoming. The environment is clean and relaxing but the music should be more relaxing. The welcome was excellent and the staff were professional and very kind. After the SPA we relaxed with an excellent 60'min Ritual Massage, a couple's massage and we were thrilled!
