I always take whole wheat pasta, very good. Above all rigatoni keep cooking very well and then it is super light.

Le mie non saranno ricette da chef stellato ma posso dire che per i miei primi la scelta della pasta fresca del pastificio Astorino è un grande aiuto! Poi con i formati tipici calabresi, cavatelli e maccheroncini, fai veramente un salto nel passato... e ti ricordi le domeniche dai nonni in famiglia. Pasta eccellente!!!
I have a passion for cooking ... and I love to eat! Mine will not be starred chef recipes but I can say that for my first courses the choice of fresh pasta from the Astorino pasta factory is a great help! Then with the typical Calabrian formats, cavatelli and maccheroncini, you really take a leap into the past ... and you remember the Sundays with grandparents in the family. Excellent pasta !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto scorta di pasta in questo pastificio, con prodotti di ottima qualità e con un ampia scelta di tipi. Tutti molto buoni, ma da non perdere sono sicuramente i fileja, davvero speciali: cucinati con un semplice sugo al pomodoro hanno mantenuto la cottura e avevano un ottima consistenza. Molto simpatici anche i proprietari che ci hanno saputo consigliare bene e molto professionali. Posto da non lasciarsi scappare per chiunque voglia assaggiare i veri prodotti tipici calabresi.
We stocked up on pasta in this pasta factory, with excellent quality products and a wide choice of types. All very good, but not to be missed are the fileja, really special: cooked with a simple tomato sauce, they kept cooking and had an excellent consistency. The owners who have been able to advise us well and very professional are also very nice. Not to be missed place for anyone who wants to taste the real Calabrian typical products.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e tenuta della cottura. La scelta è varia e presenta alternative interessanti per tutti i gusti. La uso quando voglio ricordarmi dei veri sapori italiani o per stupire gli inglesi con del cibo commestibile una volta tanto. Carbonara>fish and chips
I tried this pasta for the first time in Italy and then when I went to live in London I regularly continued to order it. Excellent quality / price ratio and cooking resistance. The choice is varied and presents interesting alternatives for all tastes. I use it when I want to remind myself of true Italian flavors or to amaze the British with edible food for once.
