Unpleasant experience. Kind salesman who also helps in heavy neck load. But the site gave a figure including VAT confirmed by the clerk and then at the cashier I paid 30 euros more. I protested but I had come from a distance to buy and I took it anyway but that's not the way it is ...

Unico appunto: la spedizione di taniche andrebbe fatta all'interno di scatole di cartone, considerata la scarsa cura dei corrieri nazionali durante il trasporto (questo è il vero problema, tant'è che la stessa GLS ha applicato del nastro per tappare il buco su una delle tre taniche di antigelo per lavavetri che ho ordinato).
Non ho aperto un reclamo in quanto il contenuto era pressoché integro.
Great prices, timely communications and speed of order fulfillment.
Only note: the shipping of cans should be done inside cardboard boxes, given the poor care of national couriers during transport (this is the real problem, so much so that GLS itself has applied tape to plug the hole on one of the three cans of window cleaner antifreeze I ordered).
I have not opened a complaint as the content was almost intact.
