M	Marino Giubellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza MOLTO NEGATIVA: ho chiamato per una semplice manutenzione su una caldaia datata ma perfettamente funzionante, é uscito un "tecnico" che dopo due ore, ripeto due ore, se ne è andato lasciandomi una caldaia gocciolante, senza riscaldamento, senza la manutenzione richiesta e facendomi pagare l'uscita di € 35,00. Ho ripetutamente chiamato in sede per poter parlare con un responsabile che si é sempre fatto negare e non sono stato ricontattato da nessuno. UNA VERGOGNA!!! Dopo meno di due anni ha perso il gas per non corretto serraggio dei tubi. Si sono rifiutati di intervenire se non con ulteriore intervento di altre centinaia di euro che ovviamente non ho accettato in quanto in garanzia. Neanche la disponibilità a passare a vedere visto che sono a meno di due kilometri da luogo dell'intervento. Stay away: incompetent and dishonest. Ho chiamato per una semplice pulizia e da una caldaia perfettamente funzionante se ne sono andati lasciandomi senza acqua calda e una caldaia gocciolante per oltre 2 settimane nonostante avessi 2 bambini piccoli. Li ho richiamati ed è arrivato un'altro loro tecnico che ha constatato che si era rotto un aggeggio della caldaia (rotto dal loro precedente tecnico), perciò sono dovuta stare senza acqua calda per un'altra settimana e mezzo in attesa che ordinassero il pezzo da sostituire. Dopo tutto questo disagio in cui la mia famiglia è dovuta stare senza acqua calda per quasi un mese e per di più con DUE BAMBINI piccoli hanno anche avuto la faccia tosta di farmi pagare oltre 200€ per il pezzo della caldaia che mi avevano rotto. Alla luce di tutto ciò sconsiglio vivamente questa impresa poco professionale e con segretaria sgarbata e menefreghista. VERY NEGATIVE experience. Dopo averli chiamati non si sono neanche vergognati di chiedere altri 50€ per l’uscita (dopo i 90€ appena spesi). Ovviamente non gli darò mai più un centesimo, statene alla larga. S	Stefano Piras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati quest anno per la terza volta per la pulizia "annuale dei fumi" della caldaia ed è venuto uno dei loro tecnici incapaci. Durante la pulizia ha riscontrato che il vaso di espansione fosse guasto, quindi 80 euro per l'intervento e appuntamento alla settimana successiva per la sostituzione dello stesso. Settimana successiva sostituzione vaso di espansione 180 euro. Da li in poi questa caldaia perfettamente funzionante non ne ha più voluto sapere. Ho richiamato questo pseudotecnico è venuto e ha cambiato una valvola di non so cosa e voleva altri 80 euro più l'uscita. Insospettito ho guardato su Amazon e la valvola costava 15 euro. A quel punto è stato accompagnato alla porta con tanti saluti e baci. Successivamente, dato che questa benedetta caldaia non ne voleva più sapere ho chiamato i tecnici "ufficiali" Baxi i quali hanno rilevato che durante gli interventi non avevano mai cambiato delle guarnizioni e quindi la caldaia "sfiammava" determinando una serie di danni collaterali. Succo del discorso 900 euro di danno e di conseguenza, facendo due conti caldaia da cambiare. Inoltre i tecnici Baxi controllando sul sito della regione dove vengono registrate questi interventi, hanno rilevato che non risultava nulla 2018, quindi se mi avessero fatto un controllo sarei pure stato in contravvenzione. Oltre al danno la beffa! Purtroppo questa recensione è l'unico mezzo che ho. Spero almeno che serva a qualcuno per non essere fregati da questi incompetenti e disonesti. A mai piu spero!
