Nello specifico: il signore (forse un po' anziano) che mi ha risposto al telefono non ha fatto una diagnosi precisa del problema che aveva la mia asciugatrice (anzi, la diagnosi era proprio sbagliata), il tecnico che poi è venuto per valutare cos'era rotto ha fatto bene il suo lavoro ed è stato preciso e veloce. Ho accettato di fare le riparazioni che mi ha suggerito, ho aspettato 1 settimana per l'arrivo di 1 pezzo di ricambio e quindi (quando esso è arrivato) 2 tecnici sono tornati a casa mia per fare la riparazione: sono stata delusa dal loro menefreghismo nei confronti della pulizia di casa mia dato che ogni tipo di sporco è stato sparso ben bene...dopo che se ne sono andati ho dovuto pulire per circa 2 ore! Delusa anche dalla ricevuta di pagamento: non hanno specificato qual era il costo della manodopera e quale quello dei pezzi di ricambio, e nemmeno era specificato esattamente quali erano tali pezzi: visto che essi godono di un anno di garanzia, sarebbe stato giusto specificarlo. Inoltre l'orario di apertura del negozio è troppo limitato.
I gave 3 stars considering everything and adding up. Specifically: the gentleman (perhaps a bit old) who answered the phone did not make a precise diagnosis of the problem that my dryer had (indeed, the diagnosis was really wrong), the technician who then came to evaluate this he was broken he did his job well and he was precise and fast. I accepted to do the repairs he suggested, I waited 1 week for 1 spare part to arrive and then (when it arrived) 2 technicians returned to my house to do the repair: I was disappointed by their indifference towards the cleaning of my house since every type of dirt was scattered very well ... after they left I had to clean for about 2 hours! Disappointed also by the receipt of payment: they did not specify what the cost of labor was and what that of the spare parts, nor was it specified exactly what these parts were: since they have a one year warranty, it would have been right to specify it. In addition, the opening hours of the shop are too limited.
