Oggi 13/12/21(così non possono dire che è una recensione falsa), li ho chiamati per fissare una visita ad una casa accostata. Innanzitutto, mi sono stati dati ben 2 numeri di telefono sbagliati. Paradossalmente, facendo richiamare il primo numero da un'altra persona, magicamente ci stavano per fissare l'appuntamento. Poi, cosa ben più assurda, ma da nostra esperienza, molto ben radicata tra i vari agenti immobiliari triestini, ci hanno proposto una visita alle 17.45 del pomeriggio, in inverno! Già la casa è in una viuzza di paese, quindi buia dopo una certa ora, ma alle 18.00 è praticamente alla sera. Ma voi agenti pensate che persone intelligenti spendano 100.000€ visitando una casa di sera?
Ultima cosa: vi giustificate che le visite non vengano fatte di mattina perché la casa è occupata. Ma rileggete gli annunci pubblicitari che pubblicate? Se scrivete che la casa è DISPONIBILITÀ LIBERA, non pretendete da chi vi contatta di essere gentili sentendosi presi in giro. L'ABC del bravo agente immobiliare è quella di assistere sia chi vende che chi compra. Se qualcuno decide di vendere una casa, DEVE organizzarsi per permetere a chi compra, di valutare l'acquisto nella migliore condizione possibile. Non di sera sicuramente.

Today 12/13/21 (so they can't say it's a fake review), I called them to arrange a visit to a house next door. First, I was given 2 wrong phone numbers. Paradoxically, by having another person call the first number, they were magically going to set the appointment. Then, much more absurd, but from our experience, very well rooted among the various Trieste real estate agents, they offered us a visit at 5.45 pm, in winter! The house is already in a small street in the village, therefore dark after a certain time, but at 18.00 it is practically in the evening. But do you agents think that smart people spend € 100,000 visiting a house in the evening?
Last thing: you justify that the visits are not made in the morning because the house is occupied. But do you re-read the advertisements you post? If you write that the house is FREE AVAILABILITY, do not expect those who contact you to be kind and feel cheated. The ABC of a good real estate agent is to assist both the seller and the buyer. If someone decides to sell a house, they MUST organize themselves to allow the buyer to evaluate the purchase in the best possible condition. Definitely not in the evening.
