Dopo una prima fase preliminare in cui ci viene chiesto che tipo di immobile cerchiamo, dopo alcune settimane ci vengono fatte diverse proposte e dopo aver visionato alcuni immobili, identifichiamo la soluzione che ci piace e decidiamo di partecipare all'asta. Laura e Fabio sono due professionisti giovani ma molto preparati, disponibili e professionali; doti fondamentali per arrivare al giorno dell'asta preparati, per puntare all'aggiudicazione senza intoppi burocratici e spiacevoli sorprese. L'affiancamento dell'agenzia non si è limitato per l'aggiudicazione dell'immobile ma è proseguito fino al giorno del rogito. Nonostante qualche piccolo ostacolo Fabio è stato sempre presente e incisivo per risolvere eventuali piccoli problemi burocratici che si presentavano, quello che ti aspetti da un vero professionista! Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia per tutti coloro che vogliono provare a fare dei veri affari immobiliari in modo sicuro . We bought our house at auction with this agency. After a first preliminary phase in which we are asked what type of property we are looking for, after a few weeks we are made several proposals and after having viewed some properties, we identify the solution we like and decide to participate in the auction. Laura and Fabio are two young but very prepared, helpful and professional professionals; fundamental skills to arrive at the auction day prepared, to aim for the award without bureaucratic hitches and unpleasant surprises. The assistance of the agency was not limited to the award of the property but continued until the day of the deed. Despite some small obstacles Fabio was always present and incisive to solve any small bureaucratic problems that arose, what you expect from a true professional! I highly recommend this agency for anyone who wants to try real estate deals safely.

Dopo un primo colloquio per fargli capire cosa stavamo cercando, Laura e Fabio iniziano la ricerca. Siamo stati fortunati perché è passato poco che ci hanno proposto una soluzione che rispecchiava tutte le caratteristiche che avevamo richiesto. Da quel momento hanno organizzato le visite, i contatti, risposto ad ogni nostra domanda, prospettato le varie spese per non farci avere nessuna brutta sorpresa. Una volta fatti i conti e aver deciso di voler partecipare è arrivata la parte burocratica che non è stata per niente complicata perché loro sapevano benissimo cosa serviva per non avere intoppi. E così è stato. Il giorno dell'asta ci siamo recati nel loro ufficio e insieme abbiamo partecipato. Una volta aggiudicato l'immobile il loro lavoro potrebbe essere terminato, ma invece ci hanno aiutato fino al rogito a superare ogni inghippo. Davvero super consigliati perché veri professionisti di questo mondo!!! Senza di loro non saremmo mai riusciti ad avere la casa dei nostri sogni ad un prezzo che rispettava il nostro budget. Siamo stati seguiti passo a passo fin dal reperire i documenti necessari alla partecipazione e alla comprensione di spese e implicazioni della partecipazione all'asta. il contatto con l'agenzia è stato costante , ci hanno insomma presi per mano fino al momento dell'astae alla vincita della stessa, servizi imprescindibili per chi, come me, non avevano alcuna esperienza in fatto di aste giudiziarie. decisamente consigliati!!! courtesy, availability, professionalism and competence are just some of the keywords that make me think of Aste & Consulting.
