★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io devo ringraziare il Dr Vittorio Venuleo e le bravissime infermiere del reparto di ostetricia e ginecologia che mi hanno assista.
Ho avuto una emergenza notturna e a partire dal personale dell'ambulanza a quello dell'ospedale sono stati gentilissimi e molto professionali.
Grazie di cuore per la pronta assistenza e per l'aiuto medico e morale.
 I have to thank Dr Vittorio Venuleo and the talented nurses in the obstetrics and gynecology ward who assisted me.
I had a night emergency and starting from the ambulance staff to the hospital staff they were very kind and very professional.
Heartfelt thanks for the prompt assistance and for the medical and moral help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono per niente medici sono macellai che non sanno fare il proprio lavoro fanno aspettare i malati parecchio tempo e dei grandi maleducati i medici stanno a chiacchierare invece di fare il proprio lavoro sarebbe da togliere e cambiare tutto il personale
They are not doctors at all they are butchers who do not know how to do their job they make the sick wait a long time and of the big rude doctors are chatting instead of doing their job it would be to remove and change all the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo già all'ingresso, avevo una visita ortopedica programmata, non mi hanno fatto attendere, anzi, sono entrato in ambulatorio prima dell'orario previsto. Mi sembra una struttura ospedaliera a misura d'uomo, il che non è poco, di questi tempi. Li ringrazio.
Very kind staff already at the entrance, I had an orthopedic visit scheduled, they didn't make me wait, on the contrary, I entered the clinic before the scheduled time. It seems to me a hospital on a human scale, which is no small thing these days. I thank them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata 3 volte per tampone molecolare, pronto soccorso e analisi. Ambienti puliti, personale cordiale e abbastanza veloci.
Comodo per la pandemia, in quanto dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 11:00 eseguono tamponi molecolari drive-in senza prenotazione. In quesro caso, bisogna soltanto armarsi di santa pazienza per l'attesa.
I've been there 3 times for molecular swab, first aid and analysis. Clean rooms, friendly staff and fast enough.
Convenient for the pandemic, as they perform drive-in molecular swabs without reservation from Monday to Friday from 11am. In this case, you just need to arm yourself with holy patience for the wait.

La mia psicologa "ringrazia" i medici ed il personale sanitario per avermi esposto ad un trauma assolutamente non necessario.
Tralasciando l'atteggiamento dei medici e del personale: denigratorio, assolutamente poco empatico ed umano, aggiungo che avessi telefonato settimana prima per avvisare di una determinata fobia. Non solo il giorno della gastroscopia sono stata sbeffeggiata dal personale a tal riguardo, ma naturalmente nessuno ha prestato attenzione al mio terrore.
Ultimo, ma non meno importante, ho avvertito tutto il procedimento perché non ero stata adeguatamente sedata.
Non riporto il racconto integrale perché fa ancora male.
Rivolgetevi altrove per determinate visite invasive. Qui non ne sono evidentemente in grado.
A nightmare gastroscopy.

Leaving aside the attitude of the doctors and staff: derogatory, absolutely not very empathetic and human, I would add that I had phoned the week before to warn of a certain phobia. Not only was I mocked by the staff on the day of the gastroscopy about it, but of course no one paid attention to my terror.
Last, but not least, I felt the whole process because I had not been adequately sedated.
I do not carry the full story because it still hurts.
Go elsewhere for certain invasive visits. Here I am obviously not able.
