★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata a far parte di questa associazione, dopo un colloquio conoscitivo e un periodo di prova in affiancamento. Esperienza importantissima e toccante, credo sia servita più a me, in fin dei conti. Ho conosciuto persone meravigliose e non solo tra i colleghi volontari, anche tra i pazienti del reparto di Medicina in cui ho prestato servizio. Ho scoperto di possedere l'empatia necessaria e indispensabile per riuscire ad entrare in comunicazione con l'altro, la forza di sostenere il dolore altrui e la capacità di mettere da parte i problemi personali durante il servizio.
L'attività, continuativa nel tempo, mi aiutò a comprendere le dinamiche dell'ospedale, anche quando in quello stesso reparto venne ricoverata mia madre, (seppi cosa fare, cosa dire e soprattutto quando tacere).
 I joined this association, after a cognitive interview and a trial period in coaching. Very important and touching experience, I think it served me more, in the end. I met wonderful people and not only among my volunteer colleagues, also among the patients of the medical department where I served. I discovered that I have the necessary and indispensable empathy to be able to communicate with the other, the strength to bear the pain of others and the ability to put aside personal problems during service.
The activity, continuous over time, helped me to understand the dynamics of the hospital, even when my mother was hospitalized in that same ward (I knew what to do, what to say and above all when to keep quiet).
