Ho trovato un ragazzo dalla faccia pulita, che mi ha subito fatto una buona impressione. È stato cordiale, professionale e ha soddisfatto la mia richiesta in modo garbato e gentile. Si percepisce che conosce bene il suo mestiere. Ha fatto una bella composizione floreale ed ho speso il giusto. I was looking for a flower shop and, thanks to Google Maps suggestions, I found this. Mi affretto a portare i bigliettini da allegare a ciascuna confezione e stabilisco la consegna alle 9.30, poiché alle 9.45 è fissata la cerimonia web. La consegna arriva alle 10.00 circa, oltre mezz'ora di ritardo, quindi a cerimonia conclusa. Scendo e mi accorgo che mancano i tre bigliettini. Guardo la corona ed è uno spoglio ramo di alloro intrecciato a bacche...niente rose...e avevate pure segnato nelle note che era da donna.... Segnalo alquanto arrabbiata l'ingiustificato ritardo e tutte le mancanze. Il soggetto mi strappa la coroncina dalle mani e lanciando improperie sotto il mio portone mi lancia i soldi asserendo di aver lavorato con professionalità. Non posso far altro che riprendere la squallida coroncina e portarla a mia figlia. Una grandissima delusione... Non si può parlare di professionalità e arrabbiarsi quando NON una singola cosa è stata portata a termine correttamente: ingiustificato ritardo, biglietti mancanti, ordine diverso da quello richiesto e alzi pure la voce??? Vergogna.
