★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza pessima, ho portato il mio dispositivo per un problema alla batteria e mi è stato restituito con il jack audio non funzionante. Lo rimando in assistenza e dopo due settimane torna senza aver ricevuto alcun intervento e con il jack ancora non funzionante. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi rispondono che non sono a conoscenza del motivo e sono disponibile a prenderlo di nuovo un assistenza. Risultato: più di un mese senza telefono senza che sia stato fatto nulla, ed ho anche pagato.
Bad assistance, I brought my device to a battery problem and I was returned with the audio jack not working. I send him back to service and after two weeks he returns without having received any intervention and with the jack still not working. I respond to my request for explanations that I am not aware of the reason and I am available to get it again. Result: more than a month without a phone without having done anything, and I have also paid.

Peggio, ho ricevuto un SMS 2 settimane fa che mi avvisava di andare a ritirare il telefono e arrivata sul posto mi hanno detto che non era pronto. Servizio veramente indecente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché di meno non si può, televisore lg 65 pollici da meno di un anno mi hanno cambiato tutti i led già non funzionano più sono andato da un altro tecnico tramite un amico all'apertura del pannello abbiamo scoperto che i led erano usati pagati come nuovi questo si chiama truffa ho le foto che testimoniano il vero lo so che non risolverò niente ma aspetto una risposta

Io ho ancora il problema del mio telefono che ha la scheda madre danneggiata, sono venuta da voi per "Aggiustare" Dico fra virgolette perché il problema non è causato da me ma stesso il telefono, appunto che io non devo pagare voi siete così codardi ed egoisti.
Se il problema me lo avete "aggiustato" (E sono venuta per ben 2 volte)
Il problema non doveva esserci più. Ma siccome che c'è ancora il problema, c'è sempre la soluzione di cambiare telefono.
Ma voi prendete e ribadisco i fondelli la gente solo perché non paghiamo il problema. Poi vi lamentate che non lavorate ma se siete prima voi a prendere in giro la gente perdete di qualità veramente.
