★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato ieri un congelatore della NGM, la ditta che li fa e distribuisce è la Planet ce srl di Castenaso (Bologna), avevo dei dubbi sul funzionamento, Da Euronics a Palermo dove lo avevo comprato non sapevano darmi risposte, loro vendono e poi non sanno nulla dei loro prodotti. Ho chiamato la Planet ce srl, questi signori ( per modo di dire) per darmi informazioni mi potevano solo fare venire tecnico a casa che mi spiegava tutto, ma dovevo pagare l'intervento che era 40 euro, quindi per una informazione dovevo pagare. Ho chiamato assistenza tecnica Botta, qui ho capito che anche a Palermo esistono altre realtà, disponibili, cortesi,preparati. Di certo se avete qualcosa da riparare rivolgetevi a loro. Capirete che oltre a saper fare bene il loro lavoro, cercano di venire sempre incontro alla clientela.
Yesterday I bought a freezer from NGM, the company that makes and distributes them is Planet ce srl in Castenaso (Bologna), I had some doubts about how it works, From Euronics in Palermo where I had bought it they couldn't give me answers, they sell and then they don't they know nothing about their products. I called Planet ce srl, these gentlemen (so to speak) to give me information could only have a technician come to my house who explained everything to me, but I had to pay the intervention which was 40 euros, so I had to pay for information. I called Botta technical assistance, here I understood that other realities exist in Palermo too, available, courteous, prepared. Certainly if you have something to repair please contact them. You will understand that in addition to knowing how to do their job well, they always try to meet customers.

Non voglio comunque togliere meriti ai vs competitors, ma voi vi siete distinti. Pertanto desidero fortemente consigliare questo centro assistenza. Cordiali saluti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro assistenza, puntuali, veloci, professionali. Contattati la sera via whatsapp per un guasto ad una lavastoviglie, mi richiamano la mattina seguente x fissare l'appuntamento. Puntualissimo nel pomeriggio viene il tecnico che in meno di mezz'ora sostituisce il pezzo, risolve il problema e mi da 6 mesi di garanzia sul lavoro eseguito e anche il costo del servizio è stato ragionevole. Tutto perfetto. Gentili, puntuali, professionali, onesti. 5 stelle meritatissime.
Excellent assistance center, punctual, fast, professional. Contacted in the evening via whatsapp for a dishwasher failure, they call me back the following morning to make an appointment. The technician comes on time in the afternoon and in less than half an hour he replaces the piece, solves the problem and gives me a 6-month warranty on the work performed and the cost of the service was also reasonable. All perfect. Kind, punctual, professional, honest. 5 stars well deserved.
