★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato davvero bene già da subito quando ho chiamato perché l'operatrice al telefono mi ha fatto alcune domande per capire la problematica e dopo nemmeno 4 ore si è presentato il tecnico che è stato molto professionale e ha risolto il problema. Consiglio vivamente questa assistenza.
 I felt really good right away when I called because the operator on the phone asked me some questions to understand the problem and after less than 4 hours the technician who was very professional and solved the problem. I highly recommend this assistance.

Kindness, professionalism and above all uncommon availability. They helped me by phone to solve the boiler problem although I was not their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente molto disponibili e pazienti: ho avuto un problema con un termostato Bosch CT100 e con molta professionalità sono stato seguito fino alla soluzione, cosa che neppure al centralino Bosch mi hanno saputo spiegare. Ottimo, consigliato!

Really very helpful and patient: I had a problem with a Bosch CT100 thermostat and with great professionalism I was followed up to the solution, something that not even the Bosch switchboard was able to explain to me. Great, recommended!
Update 26.11.2020: Always great! The boiler did not heat the water, problem solved by telephone! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è presentato in tempi brevi per preventivo nuova installazione caldaia a condensazione, ma quando ricontattato per ulteriori chiarimenti ha risposto in malo modo, insultando, ed ha invitato a rivolgersi ad altri.
He presented himself in a short time for a quote for a new condensing boiler installation, but when contacted for further clarifications he replied in a bad way, insulting, and invited to contact others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ho una caldaia Bosch,mi sono affidato a loro per la manutenzione della medesima e devo dire che sono,precisi e sanno quello che fanno,ultimamente ho fatto anche installare il termostato EasyControl Ct 200,Stefano ha saputo consigliarmi veramente un ottimo prodotto
