★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caldaia montata 3 anni e due mesi fa, in questo tempo ha necessitato di tre interventi, nessuno di questi interventi (neppure il primo) coperto dalla garanzia, per ogni intervento ho aspettato circa 3 giorni, il guasto più recente mi ha lasciato al freddo per tre giorni, nonostante avessi richiesto un intervento rapido. Prezzi degli interventi fuori da ogni logica (lo stesso operatore mi ha detto di passare a marchi tedeschi più affidabili).
Nel complesso prodotti scadenti e interventi lunghi e costosi. Da evitare.
Boiler mounted 3 years and two months ago, in this time it required three interventions, none of these interventions (not even the first) covered by the guarantee, for each intervention I waited about 3 days, the most recent fault left me in the cold for three days, despite having requested a quick intervention. Prices of interventions beyond all logic (the same operator told me to switch to more reliable German brands).
Overall poor products and long and expensive interventions. To be avoided.
