★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente molto ampio ed attrezzato i macchinari non sono di ultima generazione ma non credo che sia il macchinario top ha far raggiungere gli obbiettivi di chi vuole intraprendere un percorso sportivo.
Oltre alla sala pesi ci sono 3 sale corsi anch'esse molto spaziose e una sala doppia per le arti marziali decisamente ben attrezzata una zona con tatami 4 sacchi una pera e tutti i colpitori possibili più una sala ring.
Il personale è chiaramente qualificato e il proprietario Fabrizio è dottore in scienze motorie che oltre alla sua esperienza su "campo" lo qualifica al 100%
Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono andare in palestra per allenarsi senza cercare l'ambiente lussuoso che serve a ben poco.
Very large and equipped environment the machines are not of the latest generation but I don't think it is the top machine to achieve the goals of those who want to embark on a sporting path.
In addition to the weight room there are 3 training rooms which are also very spacious and a double room for martial arts which is definitely well equipped, an area with tatami mats, 4 bags, a pear and all the possible hits plus a ring room.
The staff is clearly qualified and the owner Fabrizio is a doctor of sport sciences who in addition to his experience in the field qualifies him 100%
I recommend to anyone who wants to go to the gym to train without looking for the luxurious environment that is of little use.
