Senza verificare con appositi passaggi tecnici il difetto del condizionatore si limitava a dire Γ¨ da sostituire.
Successivamente Γ¨ stato controllato da un altro tecnico di un'altra ditta il quale trovava il guasto Γ¨ dichiarava che chi aveva affermato che il condizionatore era da cambiare era un incompetente. Preciso che il tecnico in questione si chiama Alessandro e tutt'oggi non mi ha inviato la fattura per l'importo di 40,00 euro che ho pagato al tecnico in contanti.

Without verifying with specific technical steps the defect of the air conditioner simply said it must be replaced.
Subsequently it was checked by another technician from another company who found the fault and declared that whoever said that the air conditioner had to be changed was incompetent. I specify that the technician in question is called Alessandro and to this day he has not sent me the invoice for the amount of 40.00 euros that I paid to the technician in cash.

β β β β β Pessima esperienza, tecnico gentile ma impreparato pur avendo avvertito e concordato installazione con loro diverso tempo prima, il giorno del montaggio Γ¨ arrivato impreparati e con pezzi mancanti. Dopo 4 ore 30 di montaggio, dopo la prima accensione abbiamo notato problemi e abbiamo dovuto chiamare un altro tecnico per risolverli (ripagando nuovamente un tecnico diverso e andando a spendere per l'installazione di un condizionatore piΓΉ di β¬400 totali).
Bad experience, kind but unprepared technician despite having warned and agreed on installation with them some time before, the day of assembly arrived unprepared and with missing pieces. After 4 hours 30 of assembly, after the first start-up we noticed problems and we had to call another technician to solve them (repaying a different technician again and going to spend more than β¬ 400 total for the installation of an air conditioner).
