Caldaia in panne, l'unico aspetto positivo è stata la celerità, da quel momento in poi è stato un incubo ma soprattutto una grandissima delusione. In 10 minuti ha guardato la caldaia diagnosticando il guasto, scambiatore e valvola a 3 vie, ha detto che la riparazione sarebbe costata intorno a 1000€ e conveniva cambiarla. Per fortuna non mi sono fidato. Ho chiamato il produttore della caldaia mi sono fatto dare il numero di telefono dell'assistenza ufficiale per Torino è in allegato vi mostro il risultato. Tempistica pressochè immediata e professionalità ineccepibile nel montaggio. Oggi ho avuto la necessità di contattare il titolare della ditta per avere una delucidazione in merito alla manutenzione ordinaria e, nonostante non rientrasse nei sui compiti di assistenza post- vendita, è stato disponibile a fornire suggerimenti per effettuare autonomamente delle verifiche per il funzionamento ottimale della caldaia. Qualità davvero rare dà tenere in considerazione per soluzioni immediate e soprattutto a costo ZERO per utente consumatore finale. Il tecnico riferisce di ritenere il problema imputabile al 90% al motore (costo della sostituzione €400 euro). Faccio presente che da indicazioni da manuale potrebbe invece essere un problema legato al pressostato, ma lui lo esclude categoricamente. Propone in alternativa una sostituzione dell'impianto con uno di tipo ecologico per un costo di €1200. Scelgo di attendere e chiedere un ulteriore riscontro. In serata l'impianto ritenuto "morto" riprende in maniera autonoma a funzionare correttamente. Fissato appuntamento con assistenza tecnica autorizzata Vaillant per ordinaria manutenzione. Suggerisco una maggiore accuratezza sia per quanto riguarda la diagnosi tecnica, che per quanto riguarda i preventivi per sostituzioni.
