Innanzitutto la signorina alla linea telefonica molto gentile, molto preparata e molto decisa al rispondere le domande fatte veramente gentile gentile (purtroppo non ricordo il suo nome) Poi è arrivato il giorno del intervento, ragazzo Giulio, arrivato al orario accordato, curato e gentile, e ha fatto il suo lavoro, nonostante tutto lo sforzo, purtroppo la caldaia è in pessime condizioni e quindi va cambiata, il proprietario di casa ha detto che ci pensa lui quindi non so se ci vedremo di nuovo.
