a star is too much: slow assistance with appointments postponed several times in a day. Rude and arrogant technician both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend changing the service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martedì 5 aprile abbiamo chiamato per un problema con la caldaia. Il giorno dopo è arrivato il tecnico alle 8.30. Ha trovato un problema allo scambiatore di calore. Ha fatto 2 telefonate e si è ripresentato alle 11 con il pezzo nuovo. Ottimo lavoro!
On Tuesday 5th April we called about a problem with the boiler. The next day the technician arrived at 8.30. He found a problem with the heat exchanger. He made 2 phone calls and came back at 11 with the new piece. Good job!
