★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie ad una riparazione in garanzia samsung, ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Dario, persona molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. È stato disponibilissimo sin da subito ed ha riparato il TV in tempi brevissimi. Per finire ma assolutamente importante, Dario è stato puntualissimo.
 Thanks to a samsung warranty repair, I had the pleasure of meeting Dario, a very kind, helpful and professional person. He was extremely available right away and repaired the TV in a very short time. Last but not least, Dario was very punctual.

Ho recuperato un televisore Samsung che per vari motivi avevo portato in un laboratorio generico ricevendo risposte negative riguardo la possibilità di riparazione; ho deciso di affidarlo a questo centro assistenza autorizzato che mi ha risolto il problema.
Probabilmente avrò pagato qualcosa in più ma fronte della certezza che le mani che hanno operato conoscono bene il prodotto: va bene però così, il risultato finale è quello che conta e a tal proposito mi ritengo molto soddisfatto.

Si è rotto il mio televisore 55 pollici, pratica di assistenza in garanzia aperta il 9 dicembre, lo stesso giorno ordinano già i pezzi di ricambio. Oggi 11 dicembre il tecnico sostituisce i pezzi e la tv è come nuova! Non so quanti altri centri di assistenza in Italia risolvono i problemi in 2 giorni!

My 55-inch TV broke, warranty service file opened on December 9, the same day they already order spare parts. Today 11 December the technician replaces the pieces and the TV is as good as new! I don't know how many other assistance centers in Italy solve problems in 2 days!
