The volume did not come out of my TV, I immediately phoned this service shop of which I am already a customer and they gave me a tip over the phone to solve the problem. They are kind, honest and highly professional people. I RECOMMEND IT ABSOLUTELY !!! Ric2021.

I bought a Sony KDX85J TV all right but I could not get the voice commands of ALEXA to work, (which are not integrated but just compatible) thanks to the expertise of this Sony service center with a few "right" messages I succeeded. Thank you! recommended....

Mi hanno gentilmente contattato per concordare l'appuntamento, mi hanno chiesto l'orario preferito, sono stati puntuali e gentili. Sono venuti a casa sostituendomi la TV con altissima professionalità e competenza, aiutandomi anche nella sistemazione del nuovo TV in sostituzione. L'assistenza Sony è alta ma è altissima anche l'affidabilità del centro a cui si è affidata. Non posso far altro che parlarne bene, sono stato molto soddisfatto, spero di non averne bisogno in futuro ma nel caso, saranno certamente un punto di riferimento. Grazie davvero e continuate così!
I didn't know them before, but through a request for assistance, Sony entrusted the change of my TV to them. They kindly contacted me to arrange an appointment, they asked me for the preferred time, they were punctual and kind. They came home replacing the TV with the highest professionalism and competence, also helping me in the arrangement of the new replacement TV. Sony assistance is high but the reliability of the center to which it has relied is also very high. I can not help but speak well of it, I was very satisfied, I hope I will not need it in the future but if so, they will certainly be a point of reference. Thank you so much and keep it up!
