★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 12 giugno mi reco presso l' agenzia per rinnovare la mia polizza. Telefono il giorno prima in data 11-06 e l' operatrice mi dice che aprono alle 15 nel pomeriggio. Il giorno 12 trovo un cartello, dove l' agenzia comunica che solo in tale data apriranno alle 15.30 (OK, siamo tutti lavoratori e capiamo). Siamo al momento 7 clienti fuori dall' agenzia e sono ben le 16.02. Ho telefonato in sede centrale e nessuno sa nulla, mi hanno dato il telefono del responsabile e non risponde, e neanche telefonando al numero non risponde nessuno. Per riuscire a fare questo tipo di commissioni devo lasciare mia figlia a qualcuno, sono veramente arrabbiata per questo tipo di disservizio. Cambierò' quanto prima agenzia.
The day June 12 I go to the 'agency to renew my policy. Phone the day before on 11-06 and the 'worker tells me that they open at 15 in the afternoon. On the 12th I find a sign, where the agency announces that only on that date will they open at 15.30 (OK, we are all workers and we understand). We are currently 7 customers outside the agency and 16.02. I phoned to headquarters and no one knows anything, they gave me the manager's phone and he doesn't answer, and no one answers. To be able to do this kind of commission I have to leave my daughter to someone, I'm really angry about this kind of disruption. I will change 'as soon as possible agency.
