La ragazza che mi ha seguito, Jennifer, è stata gentilissima, mi ha guidato nell'installazione dell'app su smartphone, dove posso vedere le proposte assicurative, caricare i documenti, e tanto altro, ha chiarito ogni mio dubbio, ed una volta effettuato il pagamento ha fatto partire subito la nuova polizza. b	bruno luis gallicchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere la prima volta a cui faccio affidamento per la gestione di un sinistro (grandine) do 4 stelle: 3 stelle che darei a causa della lunga attesa (circa 5/6 mesi dal giorno del sinistro per iniziare i lavori) e a causa della carrozzeria a cui sono stato affidato (che preferisco non citare per rispetto), molto poco professionale sia nel rispettare le tempistiche che nel comunicare i ritardi. La macchina, che doveva essere pronta in circa 1 settimana e mezza, è stata in lavorazione poco più di un mese (ci tengo a precisare che, su questa parte mi sono tenuto comunque alto con la valutazione in quanto, in fin dei conti, la macchina è stata ben sistemata); 5 stelle per la predisposizione all’ascolto, (in particolar modo di Alessandra di Assibro), per avermi seguito e supportato in tutto in piena trasparenza e per avermi concesso la possibilità di avere un risarcimento in buono carburante per il disagio avuto nelle tempistiche. To be the first time I rely on for the management of a claim (hail) I give 4 stars: 3 stars that I would give because of the long wait (about 5/6 months from the day of the accident to start the work) and because of the bodywork to which I was entrusted (which I prefer not to mention out of respect), very unprofessional both in respecting the deadlines than in communicating delays. The machine, which had to be ready in about 1 week and a half, has been in the works for just over a month (I want to clarify that, on this part, I have kept myself high with the evaluation because, after all, the machine has been well arranged); 5 stars for the willingness to listen, (especially Alessandra di Assibro), for following and supporting me in full transparency and for giving me the opportunity to have good fuel compensation for the inconvenience in the timing.
