Alla mia lavatrice si era sganciata semplicemente la cinghia ed il cestello non girava più. Li ho chiamati ieri,sono venuti stamattina ed hanno risolto il problema con Onestà e cortesia. Il tecnico avrebbe potuto dirmi qualsiasi cosa,invece ha rimesso a posto tutto senza inventare chi sa quale necessità di ricambio.

I was lucky enough to avail myself of the assistance of this company, it was such a rare experience that I want to share it!
My washing machine had simply unhooked the belt and the drum was no longer spinning. I called them yesterday, they came this morning and solved the problem with honesty and courtesy. The technician could have told me anything, but instead he put everything back in place without inventing who knows what replacement needs.
