★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io, cliente da almeno 10 anni. Una sera piovosa e ventilata vado ad acquistare le sigarette dal distributore automatico con banconota da 5 euro. Il distributore prende la banconota ma non mi dà le sigarette.
Il giorno dopo vado da Franco a spiegare e lui mi presenta una mezza banconota da 5 euro tagliata giusto a metà, affermando che questo aveva trovato nel distributore e non poteva darmi le sigarette perché non dipendeva da lui ciò che aveva trovato .
Io, donna di 45 anni, conoscente della moglie, e soprattutto cliente decennale trattata così

I, customer for at least 10 years. On a rainy and breezy evening I go to buy the cigarettes from the vending machine with a € 5 bill. The distributor takes the note but does not give me the cigarettes.
The next day I go to Franco to explain and he presents me with half a 5 euro note cut just in half, stating that he had found it in the dispenser and could not give me cigarettes because what he had found did not depend on him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar e tabacchi carino e centrale. Il locale è nuovo e ben tenuto. Ha un'ampia sala esterna, sotto un bel gazebo nuovo. Il numero sui tavolini è molto carino, con le carte napoletane. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, attento alle misure di sicurezza ed igieniche.
Nice and central bar and tobacconist. The venue is new and well maintained. It has a large outdoor room, under a nice new gazebo. The number on the tables is very nice, with Neapolitan cards. The staff is very courteous and helpful, attentive to safety and hygiene measures.
