★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! Quando i dipendenti non riescono a risolvere in problema è impossibile parlare con un responsabile, non ci sono indirizzi e mail ne’ altri modi. Al telefono è difficilissimo, attese secolari!!
Terrible! When employees fail to resolve a problem, it is impossible to speak to a manager, there are no e-mail addresses or other ways. On the phone it is very difficult, centuries-old expectations !!

Invio mail idem... sollecitare pure ..
Bisogna avere una gran fortuna!
Servizi telefonici insufficienti.
