Tralasciando il personale che cerca di fare del proprio meglio con i mezzi a disposizione ( poverini ), tutto il resto è l'ecatomba..
Le foto parlano per me, tralasciando la gente che cerca di rubarti il posto come se allo sportello stessero regalando soldi.
Un vero è proprio schifo.
Non ci si può lamentare del personale che ogni giorno della loro vita sono obbligati a vedere sta roba.
