Non accettano contanti e non sanno ricevere una ricevuta via mail!!! S	Sebastiana Rizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dover condividere la vergogna che si prova entrando in un servizio pubblico chiamato Asl presso il quale l utente si deve rivolgere per il disbrigo di pratiche necessarie spesso legate alla salute.Iniziamo da un ufficio informazione sempre chiuso e se mai per caso trovi qualcuno ti mandano presso altri centri asl dall altra parte della città . Il totem per prendere il numero in sala d attesa nn funziona mai e quando funziona viene spento prima delle ore 11 costringendo l utente a ritornare il giorno dopo ,e la beffa ...gli orari di chiusura di quel servizio ?ore12. Una commessa che da ordini in piedi in mezzo alla sala d attesa e che distribuisce numeri a seconda se urli piu forte degli altri.Gente che attende il proprio turno da1/2 ore per poi sapere che i computer non funzionano.Impiegati che girovagano e che mentre firmi una pratica allo sportello non perdono tempo a farsi gli affari personali sul proprio cellulare.Chiedo gentilmente all Urp o ai dirigenti di fare un giro al mattino e di mettere fine a tale schifezza .Quello che nn e’ giusto e’ ci sono tanti giovani che non riescono a trovare un posto di lavoro e vi assicuro che mi viene il disgusto nel vedere persone di una certa eta’ che lavorano nel menefreghismo più assoluto aspettando che arrivino le 11 per spegnere il Totem... they send to other asl centers on the other side of the city. Passare tanto tempo al telefono per sentire sempre gli operatori sono occupati attendere in linea grazie, senza mai avere risposta, non da sentore di professionalità. Mancano probabilmente i controlli del caso, ma non è la prima volta che hanno peccato di mancanza di organizzazione, come quando tolgono 2 ore prima i numeri e devi presentarti dal direttore sanitario perché vengano rimessi, prima di scendere le scale, cosa che mi è capitata qualche tempo addietro. Per non parlare del fatto che è del tutto impossibile riuscire a contattare tale asl telefonicamente, hanno perennemente il telefono staccato! Il degrado della sanità! Per non parlare della struttura e della manutenzione. Chiunque può accedere ai quadri elettrici perché non sono chiusi o addirittura lasciano la chiave d’ apertura accanto! Assurdo. It's a shame.
