M	Maria Sacconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrei prenotare un vaccino per mia figlia: al numero di telefono apposito non rispondono mai (ho provato per 3 giorni per un totale di circa 10 ore di attesa in coda telefonica al termine delle quali cade sempre la linea). Provato tramite il sito, non mi è mai arrivato l'SMS per co ferma la registrazione. La voce registrata dice che in alternativa si può andare al CUP, vado a quello di via Lipparini e una scortese dipendente mi dice che devo andare direttamente al centro vaccinale e smette poi do rispondermi facendo spallucce. Ovviamente ho dovuto prendere delle ore dal lavoro per andare lì. Una maleducazione unica e un disservizio impressionante. Si va allo spotello per scoprire che il computer dell'impiegato non funziona e non risolvere nulla. Possibilità vaccino antinfluenzale per anziano cardiopatico grave quasi settant'anni fine gennaio. Ora dico, ma se una persona ha urgente bisogno di parlare con qualcuno, mi spiegate come deve fare? Ministro Speranza........ Questa è la nostra sanità? E noi pagamo!!!!!!! Mi hanno dato informazioni obsolete e quindi errate, facendomi perdere mezza giornata. L'email per prendere appuntamento per avere il GP non la ricevono perché la loro casella è piena. Come sempre la pubblica amministrazione si conferma inefficiente e piena di incompetenti. Felice di vivere all'estero. Vergognatevi.
