Da Trani si viene inviati in questa isola dove non si riesce ad avere nessun tipo di informazione riguardo agli orari, presenza dei medici, modalità di prenotazione. Il CUP della ASL non prende prenotazioni telefoniche per questa struttura dove bisogna recarsi personalmente per ogni tipo di motivo. Unica nota positiva di questa "struttura isolata dal mondo" è la presenza della Dott. Russo, cardiologa esperta ma anche "paziente" e disponibile con gli assistiti. Per contattarla e ricevere assistenza ho dovuto utilizzare canali non aziendali. Questi sono i medici che fanno valere la Sanità pubblica e che spesso si trovano a lavorare in strutture che affievoliscono le loro capacità professionali. Complimenti al personale medico e paramedico, biasimo per chi invece amministra la struttura. Unbelievable that this property is not reachable by phone in any way. From Trani you are sent to this island where it is not possible to have any kind of information regarding timetables, presence of doctors, booking methods. The CUP of the ASL does not take telephone reservations for this structure where you have to go personally for any type of reason. The only positive note of this "structure isolated from the world" is the presence of Dr. Russo, an expert cardiologist but also a "patient" and available to clients. I had to use non-corporate channels to contact her and receive assistance. These are the doctors who rely on public health and who often find themselves working in structures that weaken their professional skills. Congratulations to the medical and paramedical staff, blame for those who manage the facility.
