B	Baffo01 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile. Il luogo è veramente bello, immerso nel verde e diviso in vari blocchi (è un ex manicomio). Purtroppo il sisma lo ha reso inagibile e ora tutti gli uffici e gli ambulatori sono stati spostati a Piediripa, accanto alla pasticceria Filoni. Sicuramente con un parcheggio più ampio, ma la struttura è decisamente più piccola. Friendly and helpful staff. The place is really beautiful, surrounded by greenery and divided into various blocks (it is a former insane asylum). Unfortunately the earthquake made it unusable and now all offices and clinics have been moved to Piediripa, next to the Filoni bakery. Certainly with a large parking lot, but the structure is much smaller.

F	Francesco Baldoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dovevo fare un esame cardiologico (Holter) nell'ospedale di Fabriano a causa del covid-19 mi hanno mandato al distretto sanitario di Macerata (Belvedere Raffaello Sanzio). Quindi ho fatto 60Km andata e 60 Km ritorno per metter L'Holter e altrettanti il giorno dopo per toglierlo. In totale ho fatto 240 Km, ticket di 46,29 euro + spedizione 2,70 euro. Sono passati 15 gg e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ho chiamato il distretto dove mi ha risposto il portiere, purtroppo non ho avuto notizie e neanche la possibilità' di parlare con un responsabile. Purtroppo questo e' il servizio pubblico, il personale e' gentile ma non ha la competenza di cosa fare o rispondere quando si chiedono informazioni. B	Barbara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto 4 esperienze presso questo distretto, ho dovuto fare un tampone vaginale tutte e 4 le volte....e tutte 4 le volte ho trovato il personale della portineria e della reception maleducati, scontrosi sembra che devono farti un favore come se andassi la' perché non hai nient'altro di meglio da fare ....addirittura ad una mia domanda mi è stato risposto in modo molto scortese"ma che ce vieni a fa a Macerata....devi andare a Fabriano non sei di queste parti" un ostetrica è stata di una maleducazione allucinante, si è messa a criticare il mio ginecologo perché mi aveva indicato di andare Lì....do una stella perché di meno non si può dare altrimenti avrei dato lo zero assoluto.Pessimi Voglio aggiungere che se lavoravano nel privato sarebbero stati licenziati in due minuti...si è salvata solo un ostetrica capitata una volta , lei è l'unica che si è distinta in quella massa di maleducati I have had 4 experiences at this district, had to do a vaginal swab all 4 times .... and all 4 times I found the concierge and reception staff rude, grumpy it seems like they have to do you a favor like going to the 'because you have nothing else better to do .... even one of my questions was answered in a very rude way "but what are you coming to Macerata for .... you have to go to Fabriano you are not from here "a midwife was a hallucinating rudeness, she began to criticize my gynecologist because he had told me to go there .... Dovevamo cambiare il medico di base ed avevamo i moduli consegnati proprio allo sportello 3gioni prima.quando ci siamo presentati con il modulo firmato dal dottore, La signora allo sportello non ha voluto fare il cambio perché mancava il timbro del medico Ma sul modulo non era richiesto! Nell'orario delle visite fa tutto tranne visite questo è ...sono veramente curiosa se a pagamento su la stessa struttura pagata dallo stato cioè noi lo stesso ambulatorio lo stesso dottore il comportamento cambia? Faccio le analisi ogni tre mesi e l'ultima volta le ho fatte al Distretto senza alcuna prenotazione. Misteri! Per di più la prenotazione si può fare solo dopo le nove e di persona. Quindi di questi tempi, in cui non ti fanno neanche ritirare i referti ma li inviano per posta proprio per ridurre i contatti, non esiste altro modo per prenotarsi se non andare fisicamente al distretto o al cup dell'ospedale. Questi sono i fatti; poi ognuno giudichi come crede. I go to do the blood tests and I am told that since the covid is there it is mandatory to book.
