M	Marco Tamma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si degnano di rispondere mai al telefono. In 4 persone in stanza vaccini e stanza prenotazioni...e come al solito lavorano quando e come vogliono loro. Complimenti a loro e a chi dovrebbe vigilare. They never deign to answer the phone. In 4 people in the vaccine room and reservation room ... and as usual they work when and how they want. Congratulations to them and to those who should be vigilant.

Non si riesce ad utilizzare il computer per semplici prenotazioni, cosa che altrove (sempre in puglia) si fa con estrema facilità. Nell'era digitale occorre recarsi di persona e trovare personale di buzzo buono. Peccato perché medici ed infermieri sono gentili e professionali. Inefficient and inadequate counter service. It is not possible to use the computer for simple reservations, something that elsewhere (always in Puglia) is done very easily. In the digital age, you have to go in person and find good buzzo staff. Too bad because doctors and nurses are kind and professional.

È necessaria una riorganizzazione o un ampliamento dell’organico interno se non si riesce a dare un servizio efficiente, nel rispetto stesso di chi lavora alla Asl che lo da sotto stress non essendo in grado di rispondere a tutti. It is not possible to have to go to the counter during working hours because nobody NEVER deigns to answer the phone. A reorganization or expansion of the internal workforce is necessary if it is not possible to provide an efficient service, in the same respect as those who work at the Local Health Authority that gives it under stress, being unable to respond to everyone.
s	sonia moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mistero del vaccino anti epatite A...Prenoto a luglio e mi danno l'appuntamento a dicembre con l' indicazione di chiamare il giorno prima per sapere se avranno il vaccino ( e già qui mi chiedo come mai un centro di vaccinazione non abbia il vaccino anti epatite A) . Chiamo e alla dodicesima chiamata mi rispondono che il vaccino non lo hanno ?. Mi dicono di richiamare a febbraio, riprendere l'appuntamento sperando che sia arrivato...Ma è normale tutto questo??? The mystery of the anti-hepatitis A vaccine ... I book in July and give me an appointment in December with the indication to call the day before to find out if they will have the vaccine (and already here I wonder why a vaccination center has no the hepatitis A vaccine). I call and the twelfth call tells me that the vaccine does not have it ?. They tell me to call back in February, to resume the appointment hoping that it has arrived ... But is this all normal ???
i	ilaria pirro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiamato alle 9: squillava ma nessuna risposta. ho provato altre 10 volte nella fascia oraria indicata sul sito della asl, ovvero 12.30-13.30 (tralasciamo l'assurdità), nessuno squillo ma la chiamata è stata direttamente chiusa. Spero rispondano almeno alle email I called at 9: it rang but no answer. I tried 10 more times in the time slot indicated on the ASL website, or 12.30-13.30 (let's not forget the absurdity), no ring but the call was directly closed. I hope they reply to emails at least
