Dopo aver perso 2 mesi di tempo in telefonate ( inutili, perchè a tutti i numeri non risponde mai nessuno !), dopo aver inviato 2 PEC (ricevute e ignorate completamente !), dopo aver inviato una Raccomandata per posta (ignorata anch'essa!)...sono stato costretto ad andare di persona per avere delle semplici informazioni !
Che vergogna Sig. Sindaco Decaro, ecco i ns uffici pubblici...
Public Office ... in words! After losing 2 months of time in phone calls (useless, because no one ever answers to all the numbers!), After sending 2 PECs (received and ignored completely!), After having sent a Registered Mail (ignored too! ) ... I was forced to go in person for simple information!
What a shame Mr. Mayor Decaro, here are our public offices ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data odierna 28/12/2018 mi sono recato presso il reparto fisioterapia.C'erano solo 2 persone e la fisiatra.Ho dovuto assistere davanti a loro per 10 minuti, alla loro conversazione amichevole e sarcastica.Dopo ho dovuto interromperle la loro amata "chiacchera" in quanto volevo solo una informazione.La presunta fisiatra si rivolgeva con toni accesi dicendo che lei oggi stava li giusto per..e non era suo compito.Ma di cosa stiamo parlando?Le ho risposto che se stava li doveva garantire per lo meno assistenza al pubblico.Oppure era li oggi per scaldare la sedia?Sono stato allontanato verbalmente fuori e ho dovuto chidere assistenza a degli operatori esterni.Seguira' email al responsabile del centro cto poiché non è possibile trovare gente del genere in un reparto ospedaliero!!!!
Today 28/12/2018 I went to the physiotherapy ward. There were only 2 people and the physiatrist. I had to watch in front of them for 10 minutes, their friendly and sarcastic conversation. After that I had to interrupt their beloved. "chat" as I just wanted information. The alleged physiatrist spoke in bright tones saying that today she was there just for ... and it was not her job. But what are we talking about? I replied that if she was, she had to guarantee them for at least assistance to the public. Or was he there today to warm the chair? I was verbally turned away and had to ask for assistance from external operators. He will follow email to the head of the cto center as it is not possible to find such people in a hospital ward !!!!

In particolare, sono stata in cura per circa 10 mesi con il Dr. Donvito Giuseppe a causa di un’ulcera corneale molto seria: si è distinto per competenza, professionalità, umanità ed estremo impegno nella risoluzione della patologia.
Consiglio vivamente per la sua eccellenza.
I would like to make a note of commendation to the ophthalmology department of the "Fabio Perinei" Hospital of the Murgia. In particular, I was treated for about 10 months with Dr. Donvito Giuseppe due to a very serious corneal ulcer: he stood out for his competence, professionalism, humanity and extreme commitment in resolving the pathology.
I highly recommend for its excellence.
