★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ASL ist der ausländerfeindlichste und gemeinste Haufen, der mir je begegnet ist. Geht da bloß nie hin! Seit 2 Jahren versuche ich vergeblich mit allen Mitteln an meine Krankenversicherungskarte zu kommen, welche mir rechtlich zusteht, denn ich lebe seit 2 Jahren ausschließlich in Italien. Leider möchte die liebe Frau D´Avella wohl ein Exempel an mir statuieren. Sie ist beleidigend, unfähig, unfreundlich und hat im Service wirklich gar nichts verloren, sogar rausgeschmissen hat sie mich. Dass ich ohne die Krankenversicherungskarte nicht zum Impfen zugelassen bin, gesundheitlich höchst gefährdet bin und ohne Impfung nicht arbeiten darf...das interessiert die Dame nicht. Einen Chef konnte ich nie sprechen, hat sich bei dem Personal sicher schon erschossen....
 The ASL is the most xenophobic and mean bunch I've ever met. Don't ever go there! For 2 years I have been trying in vain to get my health insurance card, which I am legally entitled to, because I have been living exclusively in Italy for 2 years. Unfortunately, dear Mrs. D'Avella would like to make an example of me. She is abusive, incompetent, rude and really has no place in service, she even kicked me out. The fact that I am not allowed to have vaccinations without my health insurance card, that my health is at high risk and that I am not allowed to work without a vaccination...that doesn't interest the lady. I could never speak to a boss, he must have shot himself with the staff....
