Verde della compagnia e dopo aver subito 15 chiusure di linea da parte del risponditore automatico riesco finalmente a parlare con una operatrice molto gentile che mi dice di fare io reclamo direttamente alle poste. Non sono d'accordo. È la compagnia che paga le poste per far recapitare le sue bollette e non l'utente che la riceve. E se il servizio non funziona é il committente che deve reclamare. D'altra parte è chi spedisce una lettera a mettere il francobollo e non chi la riceve. Mah.
Bills often arrive after the deadline. The last one even arrived already expired FROM A MONTH. I call n. Green of the company and after having undergone 15 line closures by the automatic responder, I can finally talk to a very friendly operator who tells me to make a complaint directly to the post office. I do not agree. It is the company that pays the mail to have its bills delivered and not the user who receives it. And if the service does not work, the customer must complain. On the other hand, it is the one who sends a letter to put the stamp and not the one who receives it. Mah.
