★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da casa sento i bimbi piangere per lunghe ore dalle 8 e ora alle 11, poverini sono esauriti e continuano a piangere, e nessuna li prende in braccio per darli un conforto. Parlano fra di loro, iniziamo una canzone e poi si fermano. Le urla sono strazianti. Formate meglio le vostre operatrici e date compassione e un po' di coccole a questi piccoli esseri umani. Sono sicura che l'attaccamento alla mamma o a un'altra persona li farà stare più sereni e dopo giocheranno allegri, ma manca la fase di accoglienza.
From home I hear the children cry for long hours from 8 and now to 11, poor things are exhausted and continue to cry, and no one takes them in their arms to give them comfort. They talk to each other, we start a song and then they stop. The screams are heartbreaking. Train your workers better and give compassion and a little pampering to these little human beings. I am sure that the attachment to the mother or to another person will make them feel more serene and afterwards they will play happy, but the welcome phase is missing.
