Personale preparato e gentile.
Nonostante, vista l’emergenza sanitaria, non abbia potuto fare il test al treadmill per verificare la postura e quindi scegliere le scarpe adatte, Nicola è stato gentile e mi ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui necessitavo.
Tornerò non appena sarà possibile utilizzare il test e a finalizzare l’acquisto!

Although, given the health emergency, he was unable to take the treadmill test to check his posture and then choose the right shoes, Nicola was kind and gave me all the information I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Sono entrato nel negozio per prendere le nimbus 22, mi hanno convinto a prendere le nimbus 23 ma non c'era il numero e le ho dovute ordinare. Potevo ordinarle on line sul sito ma mi sono lasciato convincere a ordinare dal negozio, dietro rassicurazioni sul fatto che le scarpe sarebbero arrivate dopo 2 gg lavorativi. Dopo dieci giorni però non era arrivato nulla e ho dovuto acquistarne un altro paio uguale sul sito, scegliendo la spedizione presso il negozio, ed infatti sono arrivate in negozio dopo pochissimo tempo. Sono andato a ritirarle in negozio e ho preso alcune paia di calzini, di cui due erano bucati, ma ahimè non ci penso minimamente a tornare in negozio a cambiarli. Il personale è cordiale ma un po' nevrotico, sempre alle prese con un tablet che pare non funzionare mai. L'esperienza è stata piuttosto negativa e per nulla rilassante. Inoltre, ad oggi non ho alcuna notizia relativa al reso del mio primo acquisto, dovrò mandare una diffida, con i conseguenti costi e disagi
Bad experience. I went into the shop to take the nimbus 22, they convinced me to take the nimbus 23 but there was no number and I had to order them. I could order them online on the site but I let myself be persuaded to order from the store, after reassurance that the shoes would arrive after 2 working days. After ten days, however, nothing had arrived and I had to buy another identical pair on the site, choosing the shipment at the store, and in fact they arrived in the store after a very short time. I went to collect them in the shop and took a few pairs of socks, two of which had holes in them, but alas I don't think about going back to the shop to change them. The staff are friendly but a little neurotic, always struggling with a tablet that never seems to work. The experience was quite bad and not relaxing at all. Furthermore, to date I have no news regarding the return of my first purchase, I will have to send a warning, with the consequent costs and inconvenience

All the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. They were available and attentive in choosing the model and oriented in suggestions. The nimbus gels I purchased lived up to my expectations. I'll be back!
