Situato all interno di un residence con piscina nei mesi estivi, discesa privata al mare , spazi comuni e portierato h24. Inoltre si trova a due passi a piedi dalla riserva naturale di Capo Gallo e dalla piazzetta di Mondello dove è possibile trovare bar, supermarket, ristoranti, panificio, tabacchi...etc. Personalmente starei in questo posto x tutta la vita ?? Place especially suitable for families with children or young people ... apartment equipped with every comfort ... maximum cleanliness and attention by the owner Mrs. Sara ... always ready to satisfy the customer with courtesy and utmost discretion. Located in a residence with swimming pool in the summer months, private access to the sea, common areas and concierge 24 hours a day. It is also a short walk from the natural reserve of Capo Gallo and from the square of Mondello where it is possible to find bars, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, tobacconist ... etc. Personally I would stay in this place for all my life ??

Lo consiglio 1 perche sono apartamenti spaziosi attrezzati e puliti 2 perche è in centro di Mondello hai tutto li il mare è vicino e poi c'era un altra spiaggia dietro stupeda. 3 perche chi lo gestisce sono presone molto in gamba. Io sono stata la seconda settimana di settembre che come periodo lo consigliò. Mondello un paese super ha tutto e ha un mare meraviglioso. Un saluto a Massimo da Rimini Well what about we felt at home and Massimo was a very kind and helpful person. I advise 1 because they are spacious, well-equipped and clean apartments 2 because it is in the center of Mondello you have everything there, the sea is close and then there was another amazing beach behind. 3 because those who manage it are very smart people. È lasciato un po a se stesso.ma per chi cerca un mini appartamento dove avere piscina e discesa a mare privata va benissimo.Non è un albergo! The place is lovely ... Mondello is lovely. It definitely needs to be renovated, it has seen better times. It is left a bit to itself, but for those looking for a mini apartment where you can have a private swimming pool and access to the sea, it's perfectly fine. It's not a hotel!

Fate molta attenzione invece all’appartamento proposto su Booking (casa Mondello residence Ashur). È una topaia, umido, sporco e puzzolente. Gestito da Davide Luparello (attenti a questa persona). Abbiamo dormito su brande da campeggio. E ha sovrapposto la nostra prenotazione con un’altra. Fregandoci i soldi Contattate Vincenzo Bordonaro e nessun altro! This is the apartment managed by Mr. Vincenzo Bordonaro. Marvelous. Instead, pay close attention to the apartment proposed on Booking (Mondello residence Ashur house). It's a dump, wet, dirty and smelly. Managed by Davide Luparello (beware of this person). We slept on camp beds. And he overlapped our booking with another. Not giving us money Contact Vincenzo Bordonaro and no one else!

A pochi passi da bar e ristoranti. Consigliato a coppie e a famiglie. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi(ti senti a casa) e quando torni a casa non vedi l'ora di ritornarci I stayed at this property the first week of October. The property is spotless, a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Mondello. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Recommended for couples and families. The owners are very helpful (you feel at home) and when you come home you can't wait to go back
